Data export and app-data deletion are first-class. They live here, not buried behind support flows. App-data deletion removes your OWLiFT rows but does not delete your authentication account, that requires a separate admin/auth flow.

Profile

Baseline context Hoot reads into every verdict: display name, sex, birth year, height, unit preferences, training status, tracking experience, and timezone.

Active goal

The one goal every weekly verdict is read against: metric, direction, target, optional baseline snapshot, constraint, and review cadence. Editable any time.

Privacy

Row-level security gates every user-owned record. Server-side AI calls only; OpenAI keys never reach the browser. The deterministic safety filter runs before any AI draft is persisted, and final verdicts only materialize from safety-passed drafts.

Data export

Download a JSON snapshot of your profile baseline, goals (including superseded entries), scans, and all weekly verdict records, including drafts, blocked drafts, and audit rows, not just saved verdicts. The file is generated server-side from the authenticated session, no other user data is included.

Delete app data

Permanently delete every OWLiFT app row owned by your account: profile, goals, scans, and all weekly verdict records, including drafts, blocked drafts, and audit rows, not just saved verdicts. This action cannot be undone.

Your sign-in account is not deleted by this action, only your OWLiFT app data. To remove the auth account itself, contact support; that flow requires admin access we intentionally do not grant the app yet.
