Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026
These basic terms cover access to OWLiFT during its private, invitation-only beta. By using OWLiFT you agree to them.
1. What OWLiFT is
OWLiFT is a private body-composition intelligence tool. It interprets reviewed scans, goals, and context into a weekly verdict and a suggested next decision. It is decision-support, not professional advice of any kind.
2. Not medical advice
OWLiFT does not provide medical advice and does not replace a clinician. See the medical and AI disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
3. Your data and your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the scans and context you provide and for the decisions you make. Confirm your own readings; OWLiFT works from what you confirm. See the privacy policy for how your data is handled.
4. Acceptable use
Use OWLiFT for your own body-composition decisions. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or use OWLiFT to provide medical, diagnostic, or prescribing services to others.
5. Beta status and availability
OWLiFT is a pre-release beta, invitation-only, and provided as is. Features, data, and availability may change or be interrupted, and access may be granted or withdrawn at our discretion during the beta.
6. AI outputs
Hoot's explanations are generated from your saved evidence, are informational, and may be wrong. They do not constitute professional advice and should be reviewed critically before you act on them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OWLiFT is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for decisions made using it or for losses arising from its use during the beta. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Governing law and formal jurisdiction will be finalized before commercial launch. Questions: jpr.kit@gmail.com.
This is a basic, pre-release policy for OWLiFT's private beta. It is written plainly and in good faith, but it is not legal advice and does not claim to be complete. It should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before any commercial launch.
